We closed on CP 1 yesterday. I can't believe we put her up for sale June 21 and closed July 29, especially in this housing market! I wish the buyers many happy years in Casapinka - how could they not love her? Now, Husband and I can start to browse for a new Casapinka, which we will probably buy next winter or Spring.
I love historic homes like this blue one but Husband loves suburban houses, particularly anything with pillars on the outside. Ewww. Perhaps he'd settle for a wee pillar in the living room such as the one above in this room designed by Kelley Proxmire. I'm not sure how we're going to compromise on this but from time to time I'll be posting homes that each of us likes.
